Rules

A] Paper Presentation Rules

Team Formation:

1. Students only from First Year Engineering are eligible to participate.
2. A team can have a maximum of 3 participants from FY. B. Tech.
3. The team size should be a maximum of 3 students
4. Pre-registration as a Team is required.
5. Authenticity: It is expected that whatever paper you are submitting/presenting, it should be created by you only.
6. Soft copies of the paper are to be submitted well in advance to the coordinators upto the date provide by coordinators on mail id: spectrum@pccoepune.org
7. Shortlisted students will be considered for the final presentation and present paper on the day of event.
8. The list of short listed students will be displayed on the spectrum website or communicated through mail.

B] Model Demonstration:

1. Students only from First Year Engineering are eligible to participate.
2. The team can have a maximum of 3 participants from FY. B. Tech.
3. The team size should be a maximum of 3 students
4. Pre-registration as a Team is required.
5. Authenticity: It is expected that whatever project and model you present should be created by you only.
6. Working Model has to be present
7. The team has to submit details Abstract, of the model to the coordinators upto the date provided by coordinators on mail id:spectrum@pccoepune.org
Shortlisted students will be considered for the final model presentation. If it is observed that model is not working properly then the team will be not considered for the final presentation

2.If any changes are there it will inform to you on the Whatsapp group.

Register

How to register?

1.Click on the register button given above.

2.Fill all the details in the Google form.

3.The payment mode for registration fees is online so be ready with any UPI platform like PhonePay, Bhim, Paytm, etc.

4.Note your transaction id and take a Screenshot of the payment.

5.Upload the payment screenshot at the end of the Google form.

6.Join the Whatsapp group for further updates with the link which you get when you submit the Google Form.
